  1. 1
First make the sauce. Add all your sauce ingredients, plain non fat greek yogurt , 2% cottage cheese , sugar free honey mustard , sugar free bbq sauce , djion mustard , pickle juice , and zero cal sweetener , into a small blender and blend till smooth. That simple!
    plain non fat greek yogurt: 100 g, 2% cottage cheese: 80 g, sugar free honey mustard: 30 g, sugar free bbq sauce: 25 g, djion mustard: 10 g, pickle juice: 5 g, zero cal sweetener: 2 g
  2. 2
Flatten your chicken breast (fists work fine) and then use a knife to chop it to a fine mince — you could use a food processor, but the knife gives a better consistency.
    chicken breast: 24 oz
  3. 3
Add the chicken mince to a bowl and add diced green onion , diced red pepper , finely chopped parsley , minced cloves garlic , sea salt big pinches, and black pepper big pinches. Mix to combine and form into 4 even-sized burgers.
    green onion: 75 g, red pepper: 50 g, parsley: 10 g, cloves garlic: 4, sea salt: 3, black pepper: 2
  4. 4
Preheat your pan on a 7/10 heat. Add one of your patties to the pan and then use a burger press to press down with it on that side. Cook with the burger press on top for 3-4 minutes on that side, then flip.
  5. 5
Add your 2% colby jack cheese on top and add a splash of chicken broth to the pan to help melt the cheese but also give the burgers a bit more juiciness. Add a cover on top to help with this.
2% colby jack cheese: 84 g, chicken broth

Once the cheese is melted, it's time to build the sandwich! Toast your brioche buns , then layer the bottom bun, chick-fil-a sauce, lettuce, tomato, sea salt, black pepper, the chicken smash patty, more sauce on top, and the toasted top bun. Enjoy!
